I ordered oak frames and prints and the first delivery didn’t arrive. After rearranging for a second delivery only the oak frames arrived with no prints. I’m still waiting for customer services to come back to me.

Absolute nightmare...all down to the clowns at evri...ordered in good time for wifes xmas present..has allegedly been at evris depot since dec 18, still not received it..

I felt the frame was kind of cheap. I didn't realize I bought plexi glass and took the coating off right away. The plexi is already so scuffed up. Definitely disappointed.

I would happily use this vendor again. The delivery was quite a bit slower than estimated time, but that's probably due to being in an out of the way spot.  Aside from that, all good.

i sent a message days and days ago. the sizes of my posters didn't fit the frames of the correlating sizes. I asked for exchanges or returns and have heard nothing. i feel like i just threw about my money.

I ordered two posters and they were delivered in separate deliveries. I received notifications for the first package but none for the second package. I had to contact customer service. The response was quick and easy.

I just received my pictures after a long wait - not the fault of poster store whose customer service was very helpful but the fault of the delivery company to be fair. So I was excited that I finally received my pictures: what a disappointment... the pictures are very faint, the colours that looked so good on the website look washed out. Very poor print quality. I thought they might look better if I framed them but no use. Unfortunately they will end up in the bin. An expensive try unfortunately. I don't understand it as I had read other reviews that say the pictures are of great quality. Maybe they ran out of ink when they printed mine. That's what it looks like. Horrible. I would give it one star only but their customer service was good when I tried to chase the delayed delivery so I am giving them two stars for that but the pictures? Terrible!

Slow to deliver. Both frames badly made. One pane had a corner missing. The other frame was shattered on one corner. Total rubbish!

These posters are inexpensive, but poorer quality than I was hoping for.  They look like I printed them on my home printer. They did not capture the clarity and depth of colour of the chosen images. The paper is stiff and does not roll well, yet they were shipped rolled up in tubes which left permanent bends. I have received much better quality prints in the same price range from another site, printed on very nice card stock, that were shipped in a solid, flat container.
